Can-do goals
- Understand simple questions about name, nationality, age, family, skills
- Answer and ask those questions in greetings / orientation scenes
- Read basic info on simple cards or short texts
High-frequency phrases

Practice plan (15–20 minutes)
- Record a 30-second self-intro; fix tones on 叫 / 是 / 学生
- Swap nationality and job; re-record without reading
- Pair with HSK level test for a baseline
